Martina Paz Aguilera, oftalmóloga especialista en córnea: "Frotarse los ojos está terminantemente prohibido"

 

Interview about her work in the Cornea Unit at Hospital General de Granollers, where she has led the reactivation of corneal transplantation. Dr. Aguilera discusses dry eye, infections caused by contact lens misuse, keratoconus, refractive surgery and the importance of prevention: “The eye prefers to be bare, because that is how it gets oxygen, stays lubricated and repairs itself.”
